What information is required
Registration requires the company name, country and registration number. Upload PDF, JPEG or PNG documents up to 10 MiB. The required documents for each country and company structure are clarified during review.
Who can see uploads
Documents are available to your company and an authorised reviewer. Another member's subscription does not unlock your registration files. New uploads currently remain in quarantine until scanning is connected.
What verification means
The badge relates to submitted document checks. It does not guarantee solvency, good faith or completion of a particular shipment. Confirm the representative's authority and the terms needed for your agreement.
How verification relates to access
The first 50 verified companies get 2 months of our highest plan, Team, free: contacts, reviews and Ukraine/EU routes. A place is allocated on administrator approval, subject to availability. Subscription purchases are temporarily unavailable. No automatic charges.
