Complaints and appeals

Draft dated 28 September 2026. Operator details are not yet completed. This version needs completion before use as final contractual terms and is not an offer to purchase a paid subscription.

1. Contact

Report unlawful content, fraud, rights infringements, verification disputes or account restrictions to support@reisno.com with “REISNO complaint” or “Decision appeal” in the subject. Data requests are also covered by the Privacy policy. Contact competent emergency or law-enforcement services for immediate threats or crime; support does not replace them.

2. Information to include

Provide the exact link or identifier of the content or company, relevant facts and reasons you consider them unlawful, a reply contact and available evidence. For intellectual property claims identify the work, rights holder and your authority. Confirm good faith and accuracy to the best of your knowledge. Avoid unnecessary third-party documents. A missing field is not a reason to ignore a clearly substantiated report.

3. Review and decision

Support assesses specificity and risk and may request clarification and the other party’s explanation. Urgent security risks take priority. The operational target is acknowledgement within 3 working days and a response within 15 working days; longer reviews are explained with an expected timeframe. These targets do not extend shorter mandatory deadlines. Outcomes include available reasons, measures and appeal options. Complainant confidential information is not disclosed without a necessary lawful basis.

4. Appeals and external remedies

Reply with the decision date, company, disputed findings and any new evidence. Where possible, another authorised person reviews the appeal. Appeal does not guarantee immediate reinstatement but is considered in good faith without penalising the complaint itself. Internal review is free and is not a prerequisite for court, data protection or other competent authority proceedings. Special statutory procedures, including those that may apply to intermediary services in the EU, prevail.
