LEGAL DOCUMENTS

Platform rules

Draft dated 28 September 2026. Operator details are not yet completed. This version needs completion before use as final contractual terms and is not an offer to purchase a paid subscription.

1. Accurate listings

List only real freight and available vehicles for a company you are authorised to represent. Provide accurate routes, dates, specifications, hazardous properties, ADR, temperature and other material conditions. Prices are optional; an omitted price does not mean free transport. Update or withdraw unavailable offers. Misleading duplicates, misrepresenting business activity and placing contacts in public description fields are prohibited.

2. Lawful and safe interaction

Fraud, forged documents, illegal cargo, breaches of sanctions or restrictions applicable to the transaction, threats, discriminatory harassment and infringements of third-party rights are prohibited. Participants independently check permits, cargo rights, insurance, authority and transport terms. Do not share passwords or pay changed bank details without independent checks, and do not treat verification as a transaction guarantee.

3. Contacts and technical limits

Use contacts for the relevant business enquiry in compliance with data and communication laws. Spam, contact resale, bulk database extraction, unauthorised bots, evading payments, quotas or access controls, disrupting the service and malware uploads are prohibited. This does not restrict lawful security research; report vulnerabilities confidentially without accessing unnecessary third-party data.

4. Reviews and evidence

Where reviewing is available, describe your own actual experience and separate verifiable facts from opinions. Fabricated transactions, self-reviews, purchased ratings, extortion over removal and unnecessary personal or confidential data are prohibited. Retain evidence for private complaint review. Negative opinion alone is not a violation; the operator does not guarantee every review or adjudicate debts in place of a court.

5. Moderation

A substantiated complaint, detected breach, security risk or lawful request may trigger review. Depending on circumstances, measures include requests for explanation, correction, hiding content, feature restrictions or suspension. Urgent risks may be restricted before explanations are considered. Reasons and available appeal options are provided unless lawful grounds limit disclosure. See the Complaints procedure.
