How to find a backhaul load

Backhaul search starts with the vehicle's actual availability after unloading. The better you know the place, time and available equipment, the easier it is to select suitable offers.

Define where and when your vehicle becomes available

Start with the city where the current trip ends. Actual unloading times may change. Set the available period in search and confirm the precise window with the advertiser before agreeing.

Check the vehicle's specifications

Saved searches help, but body type, available volume and equipment must match the particular trip. For part loads, confirm remaining capacity and compatibility. FTL and LTL have a dedicated filter.

Search step by step

Start with the route and dates, then add essential body, weight and dimension limits. If results are limited, review each filter and decide which requirements can realistically change. No results do not mean there is no demand outside your selected parameters.

Post your available vehicle

Alongside searching, post the available vehicle with its location, dates, configuration, body and specifications. A price is optional. When booked, update its dates or withdraw the listing.

Confirm the complete terms

When contacting the advertiser, confirm availability, exact addresses, timing, loading method, price and payment process. A saved search reopens filters quickly but does not verify the current status of an offer.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Turn your plan into a trip

Listing parameters are public. Company details and contacts require company verification and the applicable access.
